Getting ready for pre-school and first eats...

I turned THREE....

We're still here....

I know I haven't been the best blogger these days. I am just having so much fun with my little bro Brady. He rolls over now and grabs the ball when I try to give it to him. We have been having a great summer...we have visited Grandma, Papa, and Aunt Chris, we went to the beach with Granny, Papa, Uncle Chris, Aunt Angie, Grayson, and Keaton, and we are getting ready for the big day....that is my birthday!! I will be three this year can you believe it....yee haw! ~Ethan

We're getting there....

Things have been so crazy the last two months. My baby brother is still here...I am just now realizing that he is staying!! Don't know how I feel about that....everyday is different. Brady is 2 months old today. He still doesn't do much besides cry, eat, smile, and starting to say "HI" to me (I think he is :)). I am loving this warm weather so I can play outside...hope all of you are too!! ~Ethan

He is finally here...

Brady Lee Conklin (my brother) was born last week March 23rd. He was 8lbs 4ozs and 19 1/2 inches long. He loves to let me kiss him and put his pacifier in when he cries. I wish he was bigger so he could play with me but he is fun to hold now!! Mommy and Daddy are both home this week so we are having lots of fun family time...can't wait for you all to meet my baby brother!! ~Ethan

Wait and see...

Mommy and Daddy keep telling me that my baby brother will be here soon...but I don't know how or when!! So they keep tell me wait and you will see!! We finally go a new computer so I am back in the game. I hope everyone enjoyed the warm weather since now it is cold again:(...I am so ready for spring. We will keep everyone posted on when Brady will be here....March 23rd if all goes as planned. ~Ethan

I am now 2 1/2....Mommy is teaching me to say this when someone asks me how old I am. Things with us are going great! Only six more weeks until my baby brother will be here...there is so much I want to do with him. But Mommy and Daddy keep trying to tell me he can't do much at first...I don't get it?? I hope everyone is having a good winter...six more weeks since the grasshopper (aka Groundhog) saw his shadow!! ~Ethan

Home at last....

For the past couple of days we have been trying to catch up from the holidays!! I know I had a great time at Granny and Papa's house and then at Grandma and Papa's house. I did end up with an ear infection but I'm on the tail end of it so I am doing much better. I hope all of you are well and have a great 2009....~Ethan

Go, Go, Go....

We have been on the move since Christmas day! Santa was very good to me this year....I must have been a good boy. We spent Christmas morning at our house and then headed down to Richmond (Granny and Papa's house) for Christmas dinner. We stayed there until Monday and today we packed again because tomorrow we head up to Jersey (Grandma and Papa's house). All this running around has made me not feel so good....so tomorrow Daddy is taking me to the doctor to check my ears out and Mommy is going to the doctor to check on Baby Brother!! Her tummy is getting big....talk to you next year! ~Ethan

It's almost time...

Mommy and Daddy keep tell me that Santa is watching me all the time... so I am doing my best to be the best two year old out there!! We had a lay low weekend at home...all of us weren't feeling the greatest and we knew we should rest up for the weeks ahead. On Saturday we made a gingerbread house and today we made cut-out sugar cookies...more sugar for me please!! Will Santa still bring me toys????

Mommy and Daddy took me to see Santa this weekend....well it didn't go so well. I was all excited but when it was my turn and I was to sit on his lap all I could do was call for Mommy!! So Mommy and Daddy didn't get a very good picture but one that they will remember:)!! The other picture is of me watching the Giants on Sunday...nothing better then cheesy poofs and football!!! ~Ethan

Trick or Treat....

Oh Boy....Oh Boy....

I just found out today that I am going to have a little brother!!! I can't wait to have a new little playmate. Mommy and Daddy keep telling me that it takes time but I wish he was here now!! Hope everyone is staying warm...~Ethan

Fun times....

Yesterday Mommy and me hung out at home all day! As you can see from the first picture I played with ALL my toys. Then on Tuesday we went to the library for story time and I got to make a hat...Ethan

Mommy's little boy...

This weekend I went to my first soccer practice. Well... we didn't do much soccer but I had fun running around. My girlfriend Emma is in the class with me and it is always fun to see her!! On Sunday I watched football with Daddy...I didn't seem to understand why the Giants weren't on?! And today I got to hear my baby brother/sister's heartbeat...that was real cool! Things are going great here... ~Ethan

Can it get much better then this???

We just got back from the beach last night...I had so much fun! All the days run together but to sum it up....beach, sandcastles, kiddie pool, lazy river, ocean, sharks, saw fish, pirates, fire at the Japanese restaurant...that's all I can think of right now! I can't wait to go back and neither can Mommy and Daddy. It was just what we needed right now.

Oh and if you didn't know yet....I am going to be a BIG BROTHER in March:)!! We will keep you posted on if I will have a brother or sister. ~Ethan

2 years old...

So the day has come and gone....my birthday that is!! I am now two years old and Mommy and Daddy are starting to understand the meaning of terrible two's. I had a great birthday and got everything I wanted and much more. Well all I really wanted was cake...and Mommy and Daddy took care of that.

Last week my new little cousin was born. Keaton Christopher Newell, he is so small and sleeps a lot ....not like me!! I hope everyone is doing well...sorry I was gone for so long. ~Ethan

More Room Please...

Mommy, Daddy, Granny, and Papa brought me up a new bed from Granny and Papa's house this weekend. It is nice and big so I don't have to sleep on the floor anymore. My old bed was too small...I couldn't move around so most nights I ended up on the floor at some point! We also moved my room around so it is really a big boy's room now! Have a good week ~Ethan

Diggers, bulldozers, and skid steers...live in person!! We went to go see Grandma, Papa, and Aunt Chris this past weekend. The best part of the trip was all the "Diggers" I got to see. Mommy says I am all boy because all I play with anymore is trucks. ~Ethan
