Mommy was so proud of me today!! I can read (look) at my books and hold my bat at the same time!! I do love my baseball bats...everywhere I go, they go with me. I getting ready for next week...I am going to my first Yankee game in New York City:) ~Ethan

Summer time at last!!!

I had a fun weekend....Grandma, Grandpa, and Aunt Chris came and visited me!! We went to the pool on Friday. I got a new tube to float around in...it is GREAT!! My top teeth are coming in so night times have been kinda rough for Mommy...sorry Mommy!!! Hope everyone is enjoying their summer ~ Ethan

Happy 30th Birthday...DADDY!!

Today is Daddy's 30th birthday!! We went and had lunch with him today...we had his favorite...pizza. It wasn't Jersey pizza but for Virginia this place was pretty good...so they say. Mommy said maybe next year I could try some:)! We had dinner and cake at home. Daddy liked all his gifts...again Happy Birthday Dada...I love you!!! ~Ethan

Summer time....

It is finally going to be summer time...but...it is too hot for me!! Yesterday we had lunch with Papa and when I went outside the heat took my breath away. We might go to the pool today...Mommy got me some new floating thing that I can sit but we will see if I like it or not;)!! The pictures above are from Mrs. Susan's wedding a couple of weeks ago...check them out! Oh and the last one is a picture of me. My two top teeth are slowly coming in and bitting on this toy makes them feel so much better:) ~Ethan

Happy Father's Day...DaDa!!
The thing I like best about the weekends is that DaDa is home and I get to hang-out with him all day long!! This morning we gave DaDa is Father's Day gift and he loved it...it is hanging above the TV already. Since DaDa likes to watch TV he can see the picture at the same time!! My Aunt Angie's Dad drew a black and white picture of me and if I do say so....I am one good looking little boy:)!! We also took DaDa to brunch and then came home and relaxed. Yesterday was a long day for us...it was my cousin Grayson's 3rd birthday party. We had a fun time...I liked watching all the kids run around...next year I will be able to keep up!! ~Ethan

Almost Standing....

I am getting really close to standing up all by myself. I can now stand by myself but I have to have help getting up. I still don't think I am quite ready to take that first step...way too scary for me!! I have had a fun day today. This morning we went over to Mrs. Tiph's house for a play date with Reid and Wes...they had so many toys to play with. I loved playing in the Thomas ball of fun!! I am getting excited for the next few days...tomorrow is Grandpa's birthday, Saturday is Grayson's birthday and Sunday is Father's day and to top it all off next week is Daddy's 30th birthday!! Too much partying for a little boy!! ~Ethan

Moving right along....

I turned 10 months last week and things couldn't be better!! As you can see from the pictures Mommy is teaching me yoga...this is my downward-facing dog! I think it is pretty good for a 10 month old. I am also cruising along on anything that is my height and can hold me up. I had fun weekend...Uncle Chris, Aunt Angie, and Grayson came to watch me while Mommy, Daddy, Granny and Papa went to Susan and Derrick's wedding. They couldn't believe how many stars and cheerios I could eat...hey I am a growing little boy!! ~Ethan

Little dipper...

Mommy and Daddy thought it was time for me to learn to feed myself...they didn't know it would be so messy!! Mommy thinks I might be a painter because I like to brush the food all over my face and highchair and not in my mouth...hey just give me some time and I will get the hang of it. It has been a nice weekend for Mom and Dad I have only gotten up once the last two nights...~Ethan
