I have been a good boy this year....I think;)

Yesterday Mommy and Daddy took me to go see Santa. The line wasn't too long...we got there right when he came out! When it was my turn I walked right up to him and stopped...Mommy had to give me a little push and I hopped right up in his lap. I could not really get the words out to tell him what I wanted but I didn't cry, so Mommy and Daddy were happy!! They told me I have to wait and see what he brings me this year!! ~Ethan

Fun times for all...

I had a great weekend...Friday night I got to have Japanese food with Mommy, Daddy, Susan and Derrick. The fire still gets me every time! Saturday I went to Little Gym...I have so many classes to make-up because I was sick and then on Sunday I got to watch football and play with Daddy all day. Mommy went to lunch with her college roommates Missy and Katie. Boys days are fun for everyone (even Mommy)...~Ethan

Getting back to normal...

The past few weeks have been a roller coaster ride for me. I had an ear infection, then got some virus that gave me 104.7 fever and then it all ended with a nice rash (Roseola)!! But I am back in the game now...I got to go to little gym today and run around for the first time in three weeks. I think Mommy might have been more excited then me to get out of the house! She told me today that now that I am feeling better we can go shopping everyday...Daddy didn't care too much for that idea. He thought it has been nice that we have been stuck home because we couldn't spend money...little does he know we shopped on the computer!! Well happy shopping to all...~Ethan

Happy Thanksgiving....

In the first picture above it shows Grayson and I breaking the wish bone. My side was bigger so I guess my wish comes true! I hope everyone had a good turkey day! I know I did and I have been shopping everyday since Thursday! I haven't bought anything but I do like looking at all the people we see!!

Also I haven't been feeling the greatest over the past week...Mommy took me to the doctor on Wednesday and I have another ear infection! So one minute I am the happiest little boy and the next it is another story!! I am starting to feel better...thanks for asking! ~Ethan

The Wiggles....

Yesterday Mommy and Daddy took me to my first Wiggles show! We went with my friends Emma and Haily. We had so much fun...I danced a lot!! After the show we had dinner with Mommy and Daddy's friends from college...Katie, Josh, Michael, and Missy! I can't wait to do it all again....~Ethan

Where did all the birds go???

I have become very fascinated with birds these days. I think it is so amazing how they fly....I wonder if I will ever be able to fly? Mommy told me that birds can fly high in the sky and now that it is getting cold they are flying south. I don't understand much of that...I just want to see my birds when I eat my breakfast!! ~Ethan

Trick or Treat....

I got to go trick or treating this year...but I didn't get to eat the candy!! Maybe be next year?? Hope everyone had a Happy Halloween...~Ethan

First Halloween Party

Yesterday I went to my first Halloween Party! I am going to be a turtle this year for Halloween. Mommy and Daddy are taking me trick or treating on Wednesday...I don't know what it is but it sounds like fun. Mommy told me that I will get treats if I am a good boy...~Ethan

Little trip up north...

This past weekend we went up to Jersey to visit Grandma, Grandpa, and Aunt Chris. The weather was so nice on Saturday. It was neat to see all the trees changing colors. Hope everyone is enjoying the weather...~Ethan

Some big shoes to fill...

Daddy bought some new shoes yesterday...so today I had to make sure they fit! Maybe when I get older! ~Ethan

Stacking blocks...

This weekend Mommy let me play with her blocks that she played with as a kid. My Great Papa Hugh made them for her. I learned to stack the blocks all by myself, before all I liked to do was knock over the blocks...don't get me wrong I still love doing that:)! ~Ethan

"Milk it does a body good"

So...I am not liking this whole milk that Mommy and Daddy keep trying to give me. I would much rather drink water. So the other night Mommy had a great idea on how to get me to drink milk...have me eat a brownie before (Daddy was not keen on the idea)...and yes you guessed it...it worked! That night milk was just what I needed! Oh and yes Daddy had to try a brownie too and make sure they tasted ok!~Ethan

Monkeying Around...

I have just learned how to climb...so needless to say I love climbing on everything:)! I think the Daddy's chair is my favorite...but for some reason I get yelled at when I stand up! ~Ethan

Fall has finally come...

Mommy and Daddy love the fall...so they say! Daddy likes it because of football and baseball playoffs...and yes the Yankees are in:)! Mommy loves the weather and takes me on runs in my jogging stroller. Yesterday we went to a place called Cox Farms. I went down some slides, went on a hay ride, and got to see some farm animals too! I was a fun time and I hope we can go back some time. Today we did our usual...food shopping at Giant, laundry, and watched football! Hope everyone has a good week...~Ethan

Lunch with Daddy just got better....

Mommy and I went up to Tyson's to have lunch with Daddy today. It is my new favorite place to meet because if we eat fast we have time to play!! Mommy says it's the best of all worlds because everyone is happy...we get to eat out, I get to play, Daddy gets to hang-out with us, and Mommy gets to shop at the mall! I can't wait to go again...~Ethan

Animals don't smell so good....

Today I went to the Reston Zoo with Mommy. We met up with some friends there and walked around. I got to see all kinds of animals but it was really smelly! I was really excited to see my friend Emma...she loves to give me hugs! ~Ethan

Back Home...

It has been a world wind trip for the past week or so! We started off stopping by Granny and Papa's house in Richmond, then spent a week at the beach and topped off the trip with a William and Mary football game. It was fun to hang out with Grandma, Grandpa, and Aunt Chris for the week but I think I was ready to get home. I know Mommy and Daddy are ready to get some sleep...for some reason I don't like sleeping when we go places!! They might need a vacation from their vacation;)...sorry Mommy and Daddy! ~Ethan

Going to the beach...again!!

Tomorrow we head down to Nags Head for the week! I hope the weather is nice so I can play in the sand...or eat the sand when Mommy and Daddy aren't looking:)! We are stopping at Granny and Papa's house tomorrow night and heading to the beach on Sunday. Then next weekend we are going to Williamsburg for my first football game...talk to you soon! Oh in the picture I was helping Mommy get ready to leave...for some reason she likes to clean before we go on a trip.

The Little Gym....

Today was my first day of little gym. I had so much fun running around and learning new things my body can do!! Mommy got to play with me and Granny was there to take some pictures. I can't wait until next class....~Ethan

Lions and Tigers and Bears....

OK... so I didn't see any lions or tigers but I did see Panda Bears!! Yesterday Mommy and Daddy took me to the zoo. It was a spur of the moment trip. We started out downtown at the Eastern Market and then went to Union Station and ended up at the zoo. We walked around for a couple of hours, it was such a nice day. I saw elephants, hippos, cheetahs, and orangutans too! I can't wait to go back again someday...~Ethan

Feeling better....

Yesterday was a fun filled day!! Mommy took me to a new place called the Little Gym where I got to run around and play. I hope we can go back there because I had so much fun. When Daddy came home from work we had dinner and then went for a walk and I got to go on the swings!! ~Ethan
